This is the third and last installment of my Coromandel Travelogue. Feel free to check out Part 1 and Part 2 if you haven’t already. Please leave comments if you enjoy this so I know whether to show similar travelogues in the future! The next morning I got up before dawn, hoping for a glorious [...]
Chatting on the Stairs
Canon A2, 50mm, f/8, 1/250s, ISO 125 (Ilford FP4+)
As I was walking around Trinity College on this gorgeous sunny day last June, I saw these students chatting and reading textbooks on the stairs of one of the buildings, and despite the somewhat unseemly garbage bin I decided to shoot. I have a fascination with doors. This is a door from Trinity College in Dublin, shot on Ilford FP4+ film.

Lady in Red
Canon A2, 20mm, f/8, 1/1000, ISO 400
This is one of my favourite shots from a roll I took in early July in London. This is film, more specifically Fuji Pro 400 color film. I rarely do color film, but I really like that particular film and love the results.

After some hesitation, I decided to head out to the Coromandel Peninsula, a reputedly beautiful place within [...]
Bruce Cox is the drummer of Fred Wesley’s new JBs, and he seeps funk through every pore…
Playing around with the tuk-tuk mirror of my Delhi driver.
Gilles Coquard is a wonderful jazz bassist who toured with Sébastien Charlier on the Precious Time tour. This was shot with a Lensbaby, hence the soft look, but I think it works well.
A macro shot of a piano’s hammers.
